SMS & Communication Terms

Last updated: July 23, 2026

The current Bloomline Events website inquiry form does not request a phone number or enroll visitors in text messaging. These terms explain the conditions that would apply if Bloomline Events later offers an SMS communication option and a person affirmatively provides consent through an approved enrollment method.

Consent

Text messages would be sent only after a person voluntarily provides a mobile number and gives the consent presented at the point of collection. Consent to receive SMS would not be a condition of purchasing services. A website inquiry without a phone field does not create SMS consent.

Message purpose and frequency

If activated, messages could concern inquiry follow-up, project communication, scheduling coordination, event updates, reminders, or replies requested by the recipient. Frequency would vary according to the communication and project context.

Costs and delivery

Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient’s mobile plan. Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and SMS should not be used for emergencies or time-critical safety communication.

Opting out and help

Recipients would be able to reply STOP to end messages from the applicable sender and HELP for assistance when supported by the messaging program. An opt-out request should be honored for that program, subject to any legally permitted transactional communication. A recipient may also use the Contact page for assistance.

Privacy

Mobile numbers and messaging information would be handled according to the Privacy Policy. No statement is made that an SMS program is currently active until an enrollment method and sender are visibly offered on the website.

Changes

These terms may be updated before or after an SMS option is introduced. Any live enrollment flow should present the applicable consent language and sender identity at the point where a mobile number is collected.
